We use latest air compressors to such the atmospheric air and let the air passes through the following process.

Compression of Air:

This is the very first step, where the air gets compressed in order to make it perfect for cooling.

Cooling & Liquefaction of Air:

We use latest and advanced expansion engine for cooling & liquefication of air.

Purification of Air:

The compressed and cooled air carries a variety of impurities like CO2 and dust. We use process skid (Air Separation Unit) to remove the impurities.

Tank filling manifold:

This is the final stage where the oxygen in liquid form gets filled in cylinders directly. Our latest technology makes sure tank/bottle filling without gas loss.
