With the capacity ranging from 20 m3/hr to 5000 m3/hr, they produce highly pure nitrogen with purity upto 99.99%, which is perfect for medical and different industrial applications.

Main Components of Our Nitrogen Plants

Air Compressor

Air compressors are supplied as per buyer choice. The device works to suck up atmospheric air and sent to purification unit as atmospheric air carries impurities.

Process Skid Purification Unit – Skid Mounted Version

The process skid of our company is compact and well designed. All equipments are mounted on processed skid complete with gas/air/water lines for high purification of air. It removes impurities for instance carbon dioxide and dust.

Air Separation Column (Cold Box)

Cold box - air separation column (100% leak proof stainless steel). The air separation column separates the liquid into oxygen and nitrogen. It is designed and manufactured in a manner it could be opened and repaired easily, if required.

Expansion Engine

We use latest expansion engine, which produces the cold required for the plant.

Liquid Oxygen Pump

Our liquid oxygen pump works by pumping liquid Oxygen and gasifying the same in Heat Exchangers for final filling as gas in Cylinders. The pump is manufactured as per the plant size and the liquid produced is constantly pumped off so the control of liquid feed is not required.

Cylinder Filling Manifold

Cylinder filling manifold is made to sustain high pressure at 155- 200 bar continuously.
