SKID MOUNTED DESIGNS
The Oxygen, Nitrogen Plant are skid mounted design
and all the equipments and machineries are mounted on single skid ready
for installation |
Not providing skid mounting but all equipments separately which delays installation and increases cost. Old design. |

AIR SEPARATION UNIT (COLUMN)
Manufactured out of cryogenic grade STAINLESS STEELmaterials
with argon welding which is leak-proof. Latest designAS PER AMERICAN/EUROPEAN

Made of old type design with gas welding subject to leaks. Manufactured with local technology.Mostly copper soldering and hand brazing used 30 years back in Europe |

LIQUID OXYGEN PUMP
Oil-free design with special stainless steel head. |
Risk of oil carry-over in old design and explosion.Many still use oxygen compressors withwater lubrication |

MOLECULAR SIEVE BATTERY
Special over-size design with L/D ratio to prevent
fluidization and long life with molecular sieves of Zeochem, Switzerland. |
Old design with Chinese or local Molecular Sieves with very poor life. |

PURITY
High purity of Oxygen and Nitrogen is maintained
continuously due to special trays. The trays are made of high precession
and argon welded and Press fitted for entrainment. GUARANTEED PURITY
OF OXYGEN 99.6% . |
Made of Copper with soldering and old circular design. Therefore purity of Oxygen is not continuous. Trays are fitted by hand by soldering. No accuracy low purity due to TURBULENCE.Low purity because poor design. |
| PROCESS SKID
All equipments are mounted on processed skid complete
with gas/air/water lines for high purification of air. |
No other manufacturer is providing process skid. Old design and bulky with low efficiency. |
| GAS/AIR LINES
All the gas and air lines are pre-fabricated on the
processed skid ready to use. |
Provide loose length of pipes and all the piping has to be done on site. |
| TECHNOLOGY
Our technology is of the world leaders, Genova since
1930 whose technology is well proven all over the world. |
Using local indigenous technology which is not proven. Made copy of old disposable type Plant of 2nd world war. LOCAL developed and cheap imitations are not reliable. |
| EFFICIENCY & PROVEN PERFORMANCE
The efficiency of the plant is very high as each and
every components is perfectly engineered with technology back-up and
R&D over the last 70 years. |
The efficiency may be less due to frequent break-down of parts as parts are made by hand with old type of contraptions and without proper machinery. |
| MAINTENANCE
There is very less maintenance and virtually maintenance
free Plant due to high quality components and parts used confirming
International specifications. |
Lots of maintenance as indigenous technology and non-standard parts |
| EASY ACCESSABILITY Provided between all equipments specially in the air separation unit for easy accessibility and can easily dismantle and assemble at site. |
Providing fully welded by solder air separation units where no proper joints are provided between the lower condenser and upper column as are like disposable types of Plant. In case of any leak or maintenance the entire column has to be cut open or scrapped. |
| PRESSURE VESSELS
Coded pressure vessel design as per ASME. |
Non coded pressure vessels to reduce costs subject to explosion. |
| ELECTRICALS
All electricals, motors, switches and starters are
from ABB/Siemens/GEC which is world standard. |
Use local electricals for cost reduction. |
| FREON UNIT
We use Hitachi, Japan original sealed compressor with
Danfoss Controls. |
Use mostly open type local compressors. |
| AIR COMPRESSOR
This is one of the most important part of the oxygen plant which is also called the heart of the plant because it is the main machinery consuming most of the electric power. The world leader in the air compressor are Kirloskar Pneumatic Company (Crepelle, French), Ingersoll-Rand, (USA) Atlas Copco (Consolidated Pneumatic Company USA) and the compressor must belong to one of these . |
Using Local made compressors without any reliability and therefore the plant cannot work efficiently due to frequent breakdown in air compressor. |
